| Abstract |
The objectives of this study are 1)to observe the building use change before and after Urban Renewal Project in CBD of Seoul, 2)to investigate the building use by Project enforcement location, 3)to analyze the correlation of functions.The results are as follows:1)Urban Renewal Project in CBD of Seoul increasedbusiness activities and decreased other activites. The business, lodging, group sale activities concntrate in CBD (Jung-Gu), the residential functions located in Mapo-Gu.2)The building uses in Renewal District have something to do with factors such as industrial change, land price, employment structure. |
