A few approach to meet the need for higher living quality and the housing shortage in the old part of large cities has been the renewal of old apartmentblocks. But the renewal in the sense of demolition of all existing buildings and facilities and repacing them with new apartments imposed problems like establishing judgement criteria for old apartment blocks and housing speculation.The discussion focused on elements that the residents affects unsatisfaction, how residents thought redevelopment of old apartments, and what is the main unsatisfaction factor making the attitude of residents for redevelopment of old apartment blocks. |
