| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to present a prequalification (PQ) model used for selecting competent contractors. Two PQ model are suggested by factor analysis and mean impact value based on the questionaire results for 17 variables obtained from several interviews with relevant experts. An useful application model made by factor analysis consist of 5 factors with relative weight.For further research, developing different project-specific models according to the characteristics of the project is necessary for better application. |
