| Abstract |
DBSIM was suggested as a suitable Building Systems Analysis Model, and by DBSIM of Building System, We could find Building Elements composing Building System and their relations more easily than by 2-dimensional design drawings and analyse/control each element informations more efficiently. Drawing up DBSIM of Building System is appled to find Building Elements composing Building Systems and their relations more easily. DBSIM Inputs information in the form of ID code which comprises quantity and unit cost in each Elements composing Building Systems. As a result, it estimates the cost of Building Systems by each element informations. In case of Design changes, find changed elements in Building System by DBSIM and edit data in each elements Information, thus variation cost can be calculated. |
