Title Study on the Selection Method of Outdoor Conditions for Air Conditioning with Pusan Weather Date

Abstract There ate several methods for selection of the optimal outdoor conditions for design whose utilized the Pusan weather data measured for recent then years. Authors have compared respectively the outdoor conditions for optimal design with these methods. The goal of this study is to propose the outdoor conditions for air conditioning so that select the optimal outdoor conditon which can be actually occurred.In the present study, the following conclusions were obtained by putting the present Pusan weather data into the three methods for selecting the optimal outdoor conditions.Firstly, Load2.5% and TAC5% in both cooling and heating time was recommended for outdoor condition of optimal design in Pusan.Secondly, it could be considered that the load calculated from traditional TAC method would be higher than that of a method based on load done by authors.Thirdly, outdoor conditions for design, which is made of weather data recorded for recent ten years, completed by authors and it contained the weather change in urban area. Furtermore, outdoor conditions for design may be useful in choice of device and in energy saving by using it on design stage.
