| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to propose the systematic site division method which can afford the high level of land use. In order to compute the attainable floor area decrease ratio, the formulas have been made for the cases that varied by site condition. The site area, adjacent road conditions, width of roads and frontage/depth ratio of site are considered. And the attainable floor area ratios are computed under the restrictions of building codes. The reduction ratios of floor area ratio are analysed in the 11 cases which classified by the site condition. |
