A Study on Multi-Family Housing in An-San City |
| Abstract |
This study aims to make an offer of the data basis for architectural planning through facility analysis of multi-family housing in An-San city. For this purpose, the physical characteristics of multi-family housing were analyzed according to the selected criteria. And then, 437 out of 1400 families were surveyed and analyzed on the basis of characteristics of residents and behavior of using facilities. Finally, the difference between physical characteristics of facilities and the perception of residents were analyzed and synthesized to produce planning guideline. |
