Title |
A Basic Study on the Site Division Standards that can afford the Maximum Floor Area Ratio of Building Code |
Abstract |
The buildable maximum capacity volume of sites is regulated by building code. But by the individual site conditions that characterize each lot, occasionally, it is impossible to attain the maximum f.a.r. which approved by building code. The purpose of this study is to propose the range of site conditions, such as lot size, frontage/depth length ratio, the number and location of roads and width of roads, that are able to afford maximum Floor Area Ratio of existing building code. |
