| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual repaired defect contents and costs of housing construction company in responsible repair period. The major results were as follows: 1) The defects were found to be related to constructional, finishing, equipment, electrical and site works.2) The defecit-repair costs were classified into five categories:labor, material, commission, equipment, and miscellaneous costs. |
