A Study on the Landuse of the Urban Center in Medium and Small City |
| Abstract |
The prupose of this study is analyzing the current construction conditions in Cheonan-Si and Onyanag-Si as the fundamental research for the improvement of land utilization in small cities.In this study, landuse in surrounding areas of case study in Cheonan-Si and Onyang-Si are analyzed of find any distinctive patterns or chracteristics. The results are as follows ;1) The building use by the floor are mainly used in the sale use. But many of the lodging house use are found in every floors in Onyang-Si.2) The building use of low floors(1-2floor) are used in sale and service use, and the building use of high floor(3-5floor) are used in the lodging house and the dwelling use. Finally, I insist the need of new type the land of use for small cities. |
