A Study on the Actual Condition and the Reconstruction of Multi-family housing supplied during 1970s |
| Abstract |
This study is to acquire fundamental knowledge on the reconstruction of the deteriorated multi-family housing. To do practical study, we surveyed about 141 housing developments supplied during 1970s in Daegu city using the Crosstabulation analysis in SPSS/PC+ program to analyse 10 physical planning indicies of multi-family housing. The results of analysis may be summarized as follows. 1) The reconstruction project in Daegu city will be encouraged after mid 1990s2) The physical characteristics of the multi-family housing supplied during 1970s is 4-6 stories, site consisted of 1-3 buildings, 15-33 Pyong, stair-hall type, the number of households less than 200, site area 1,000- 6,000m2, rate of building volume 100-300%.3) The economic aspects of the reconstruction project will be deteriorated because of the increased rate of building volume through the late 1990s.The result shows that this study is very useful to identify the characteristics of multi-family housings and provide directions for the reconstruction of those which is going to be actual concerns in near future. |
