| Abstract |
This paper deals with the influence of the locally unwanted facility(LULUs) around rail-road station. Locally unwanted facility causes negative influence on small area that is closed.Locally unwanted facility (including for minbys) has got public goods and non-marketable character, but on the other hand, it's got private and marketable character. This dualestic character of LULU causes many ploblems. An amicable settlement of this ploblem is one of the most urgent and important ploblems that city has to solve.This paper is studied through survey of residential's intention, architecture-urban character and urban social expense and land cost change.The results of this study are.1) LULUs cause barrier-effect of local developement.2) They do damage build-environment and urban structure. 3) They influence on land cost. |
