A Study on the Relationship Between the Value of Construction Management and Field Staffs in Landscape Construction |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the value ofconstruction management of field staffs in landscapeconstruction. The field staff was organized by 5 groups (supervisor, field manager, field engineer, subcontractor manager, foreman) and the value of construction management was classified quality, cost, schedule, and safety.The result concluded with three findings is listed as follows.1) The value of construction management is differently identified by field staffs with significance.2) Quality, cost, schedule, and safety (values of construction management) are significantly related with one another, especially in quality*cost, quality*schedule, and cost*safety.3) The discriminant formulas which composed by discriminant weights are respectively presented for5 groups with confidence. |
