A Study on the Classification and Planning Property of Multi-family housings supplied during 1970s |
| Abstract |
This study aims to classify Multi-family housings into several types from the view point of physical planning. The objects of this analysis are 128 housing developmentssupplied during 10 years from 1970 to 1979 in Daegu City that is one of typical large cities in Korea. The method of classification is the Cluster Analysis by 17 indices about physical planning of Multi-family housings. As the result of this analysis, we could classify them into 7 types, and found out the planning and design characteristics of each types. |
