A Study on the Estimates of Housing Scale Pertaining to Resident`s Life Situation |
| Abstract |
This study is to determine the relationship between housing scale and resident's life situation and to identify the variables affecting housing scale in the apartment projects and private houses. The study findings are as follows : 1. In apartment projects, the housing scale score(PY) is a summation of the scores of age of household head(14.10+0.09)year 1), household size(1.14tf), education level of household head(0.11.sch 1), expenditures(3.24aa4) andsubtracting a score of family type(1.57fs). The explanatory power of this model showed 0.31. The most important variable that affected housing scale was the household expenditures, and household size, family type, education of household head, and age of head of household revealed significance in a descending order; 2. In private houses, the housing scale score(H-scale) is a summation of the scores of age of household head(0.47G-age), total household income(5.85tincome), education level of household head(1.52study) and abstracting the scores of family type(0.27-type), duration of residence(0.20dw-year), and 17.112806. 0.51 was the explanatory power of this model. Household total income was the most significant variable among elements affecting housing scale, and other variables of education level of household head, age of head of household, duration of residence, and family type showed significance in a descending order ; |
