Abstract |
This Paper is first paper of the serial studies on the architectural plan of museum by service marketing system.Korean museum notice a continuous change quantitatively for coping with rapid change of social environment. But its architectural level of function and program is exposed insufficiency for doing role of public service facility qualitatively.This paper's final aims at studing on a development of method in communication with museum and people by the theory based on service marketing which is useful to architectural planning.For its basic study, this paper classified 113 korean museum's service characteristic into 4 groups by statistical analysis as follows.The specialized mueum by1. peculiar service2. local service3. service promotion4. great-sphere serviceThe classification of this study will satisfy the role of public service in korean museum when the each characteristic take concrete shape to architectural planning. |
