| Abstract |
Many architects' abilities as form-givers are restricted in many ways by rigid architectural codes, site conditions, parking problems, and the demands of the client in the case of designing highrise office building at the C.B.D.This study aims for analysis of architect's design concept and the relevant techniques in office building design from the viewpoint of generating architectural form. And the selected site for the case Study is[the Second Securities Companies Block] in Yeo Eui Do.As a result, in the face of many similiar design conditions such as ; site conditions, architectural codes, purposes and functional aspects of the building, etc, the differences offinal forms are greatly influenced by the architect's interpretation of design variables and the way of their concept formulation. |
