Process planning is very important in project management because it has significant impact on project duration. cost planning, quality control and so forth. The purpose of this study is to provide a productivity index and a basic process planning model to be more applicable in the construction site and more reasonable project management.It involves a study of productivity and process analyses of frame work in apartment construction. |
