Nowadays, many construction methods have been developed and used on high-rise apartment buildings. So, its construction type has many variations by combinations of each method. But, construction activity has a purpose to reduce the construction cost. Therefore it needs to have methodologies for cost-down within the given conditions of each project. In this paper, we study several elements and fundamental conditions on the selecting system of construction methodas such a methodology. |
