A Study on the Work Measurement of Apartment Building Construction |
| Abstract |
For rational planning and management of construction, it is crucial to understand the working conditions of the construction site by collecting and analyzing construction data. With such an awareness this study directly measured the working conditions of the construction site for a conventionally constructed apartment block, in particular of the complete construction cycle of one floor. The characteristics of each labor and job have thus been clearly analyzed. The findings can be used as a basic for improving the conventional construction methods as well as for comparing with other constructions. |
