| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to obtain the component ratioand fluctuation factors of construction cost for multi-story office buildings.The analysis of construction cost is divided by work trades and building elements, and is objected of 8 multi-story office building models with a similal function and different size.The component ratio and fluctuation factors can be used for forecasting the construction cost in the preliminary design phase, and checking cost accuracy in the construction phase. |
