| Abstract |
This study aims to understand the planning properties of multi-family housing supplied during the 14 years from 1980 to 1993. Also, this study aims to understand the general supplying patterns by comparing the multi-family housing of the 1980s with that of the 1970s.Indices which were consisted of 17 planning factors were established to analyze the multi-family housing in Daegu City. To understand the interrelation between indices, 17 indices were grouped into 4 significant factors by the Factor Analysis which were approached according to the spatio-temporal analysis.The multi-family housing was classified into 7 types by the Cluster Analysis and the planning and design characteristics of each type were identified. |
