| Abstract |
The main purpose of this study is groping the model of the Building Control Systems of District Unit that our urban planning system have to aim for in future, by investigation of the designation purpose, the designation conditions and the issue points of designation the districts to the Special Block Rehavilitation Zones(SBRZ), Urban Renewal Blocks(URB) and Urban Design Zones(UDZ) which is introducing, in partly, the concept of the Building Control System of Distict Unit in Korean Urban Planning System. |
