| Abstract |
Apartment building has been proposed as a public policy and built as an alternative way of solving urban housing problem for 30 years. The public has gradually been regarded the housing as common style. This research investigated the nature of apartment building taking into account the process of development and the changing pattern of plan and spatial structure in Taegu area. Findings indicate that the process of development of apartment building should be understood in connection between the improvement of living standard as an internal factor and industrial development related with housing construction as an external factor. |
