A Systematization for Building Specification and its Computerization |
| Abstract |
As the specification is one of the most important documents in connection with project contract, information which is written in it must be stated plainly and accurately for preventing a claim. And to serve effective understanding about needed information for processing of construction, first of all a scheme for cross-reference between project documents, such as drawing, specifications, quantities and schedules has to be prepared.The purpose of this paper is to propose the basic concepts and requirements connected with a systematization for building specification as follows:1) an arrangement of specification into work sections2) an arrangement within the work sections for claues3) an arrangement within the clauses and a presentation for sentences And it is supposed that a computerization for writing of specification is needed to make it efficiently. |
