| Abstract |
The goal of this research is to propose the alternative method of the facilities layout for multi-family housing plans. On the basis of my assumption that resident's behaviors are influenced by the condition of the facilities. It is necessry to investigate the environmental factors which are important in linking people and facilities in multi-family housing area.As a model of the case study, Banpo 1, Jamsil 5, Dunchon and Unam 3 were selected. In the stage of the investigation and analysis of the case area, it was intended to find out the resident's behaviors and to extract the planning direction from them. |
