Abstract Since the end of 1970's, a number of multi-family housing were rushed into construction to solve the shortage of dwelling in urban area. But this construction is resulted only from the housing supplyoriented policy. As a result, many housings have been deteriorated or destroyed with short life-span. To prevent the deterioration, the facility components should be planned with consideration of timeelapse repair scheme. To do this, it should need the data on how much money would be required.This paper is aimed at providing the forecasting model of the repair cost of facility components with time elapse. The facilities included in the research are Gas facility, Space Heating, Water Supply and Drainage. The coefficient of the nonlinear regression equation is estimated with Gauss-Newton iteration method.
