A Study on the Actual Condition and Improvement plan of Underground-space |
| Abstract |
We have to establish urgently not only the planning direction to prevent sporadic development of underground development and induce a public and comprehensive development, but also a systematic and comprehensive guide line of urban planning to prevent underground development in disorder performed by both the public and the private in the future. However, they are in short of the relevant legal system and basic plans for such underground developments so that the development has been sporadically made and both on the ground development and underground one gave not been performed as one body.Therefore, by this study we analyze the relevant regulations on the underground space with such a critical mind, and overcome sporadic development, and arrange necessary and regulations for the systematic use system of both on the ground and underground, the use and development of underground space, and maintenance of underground facililties in order to present the gulid line for the reasonable underground development in the future. The study includes mainly the literature research on the existing legal system. It has disclosed the result that local legal system related to underground development is restricted to the underground sturcture of single floor building and furthermore in short of legal regulations concerning underground space, and in particular showed a big subject of the relation between ownership settlement and compensation rights. Therefore, We must pursuit to accomplish such subjects we need a concrete content related to the procedures and regulations on the development of underground space as a integrated legal system. |
