| Abstract |
The research tries to find the points on the network structures being proceeded between clients, atchitects, builders and the design methods and types of new urban housings shaping townscapes through the analysis of building process of each them at the Kyoto city in Japan.As the results, we have found out the factors considered for design aspects and methods. And then more important thing is that the joint venture between clients, architects, builders for making masterpiece works does not occur by accident, instead there is so called "key person" existed for activation the network system for these players and eventually it is found that the "key person" is the major force empowering the network structures working.Furthermore, though the uniform idea embodied in the current law is the opposite force for encouraging the efforts for exercising the traditional design, the capable architects and builders for traditionalism still exist and play an very important role for innovation the structures emboding locality within the boundary of the law.That is, it can be recommended from the results above come that the system connecting each individuals' efforts should be applied into Administration Policy. Though every architects' and builders' efforts and capabilities pave the way for enhancing the various types and styles for new urban housing, the mains behind the success are that many researches are done for traditional structures, especially traditional urban housing, have been stacked as D/B and the consensus for doing these things has been achieved from the public and the society. |
