| Abstract |
The study aims to present the method of evaluation of the environmental performance of apartment buildings, considering the interrelation of IAQ and OEL(Outdoor Environmental Load).The procedure of this study is that first, conceptualize IAQ and OEL, second, examine ventilation rate and air-tightness, and finally, the level of environmental performance is analyzed through IAQ and OEL analysis. The evaluation model to estimate the ventilation rate and OEL is presented as the evaluation model of IAQ and OEL. Then, performance level is established to grasp the environmental level using the above model. Through the preliminary estimation of environmental level, it is possible to understand the effect of each design factor on the environmental performance. |
