A Study on the Residential Satisfaction and Need Inclination of the contemporary family(household) for the Estimation Index of Housing Level |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to estimate the level of housing andto search for prediction index factors that belong in individual and family (household) in the contemporary social exchanges, which are to influence Korean housing policy about housing standards.The conclusion is briefed by two points, as follows.First, Seeing the organization of the Environment-Behaviour Studies, the conceptual paradigm of housing level is regulated ordinally by residence>housing>dwelling.Second, The contemporary family.household go through excessive social changes. And the factor of the quality in housing level is expressed by their need inclination. To verify it, 1. the housing plan and the life mode of the residents are corresponded to dbjective analsis(e.g., housing demography-housing careers, S.E.S.mechanism,life cycle, the valueness...)2. is checked by the subjective evaluation of housing(e.g.,residential satisfation, housing satisfaction, dwelling satisfaction...). |
