Analysis of Apartment-House Space Demand Pattern |
| Abstract |
This study analyzes internal and external space demend patterns of apartment dwellers by utilzing survey data collected form Daegu metropolitan area. The main findings derived from this study are; 1)current supply system is not appropriate to meet various users' demand in the case of internal space, 2)arrangement and size of rooms and attatched space in individual unit ofapartment house should be able to reflect users' unique circumstance by allowing some degrees of flexibility, and 3) users are willing to pay for community facilities more or less, but not willing to sacrify their living spaces inthe case of common space. |
