A Study on the Spatial Composition of Housing norm of the Apartment Inhabitant in the Large City |
| Abstract |
This study is not only for examining the norm of the plan composition at the apartment closely but for suggesting the various 3LDK plan composition. The object of this study is the dweller of 3LDK plan which has the same plan composition among the apartment in Tae-gu.The apartment is classified into 2 types-area 60M2, 65M2,(X1)and 85M2(X2). The results of this study are as follows.1) Because of the statistical characteristics househoder of who is thirties occupies 56.94% in X1 and householder who is forties occupies 70.37% in X2. (x2=24.97%,P=0.000)In regard to the life cycle of the family considering the ages of the householder and the eldest child, X1 consists mainly of the formative period of the family and X2 consists mainly of the enlarging period.2) The norm about 3LDK plan composition of the whole dweller in the front 2 rooms type of 3LDK composition where they live in now.3) The supporting rate of O2, O7 plan composition different from the present type enables the backside arrangement of ANBANG and the reduction of the size to be suggested which to satisfy the variety of 3LDK plan.4) It is appropriate to offer O1 or O7 type proper to the formative period of the family and O2 or O6 type proper to the enlarging period together in one development apartment house so as to satisfy the dwellers' demand in the various family life cycle. |
