A Descriptive Study on the Dweller`s Consciousness about the Positioning of Community Facilities` Arrangement in Multi-Family Housing |
| Abstract |
This study aims to suggest the planning concept about the positioning of community facilities, arrangement facilities in multi-family housing through analizing the relationship between satisfaction, use convenience, area of community facilites, and cognitive distance from apartment to each community-facilities. This study also compares actual distance with use convenience and satisfaction.The results of the study are as follows;1) The area of parking lot and market place have to be enlarged because of high dis-satisfaction level.2) Market place has to be not too far, not too close from each apartment in multi-family housing. People use market place frequently. However, researcher can infer that they don't want to be close form their home because of environmental condition such as noise, garbage, and traffic problems, and to be far from their home because of use convenience.3) The rest place, playground, and green space need to be placed around the entrance of apartment.4) Distance in the most important factor than any other factors5) The level of satisfaction of playground, parking lot, and rest place within 50m(actual distance) from apartment is highter than 90% |
