A Study on the Structure of Quality Control Factors in the Construction of Landscape Facilities |
| Abstract |
This study aims at analyzing the structure of quality control factors in the construction of landscape facilities. The data were collected from 103 respondents by 2 groups as supervisor and constructor. Twenty-two factors affecting on the quality control which is considered the environmental and multi-works characteristics are selected through the bibliography survey and the preliminary analyses. And then, these factors are classified into six categories such as the factor of management, supply, general construction, connecting proups, site condition and regulation of quality control,The findings are summarized as follows;1) The result of analysis generally coincide with the hypothetical structure of quality control factors in the construction of landscape facilities. But the factor of management, supply, general construction, connecting groups, and regulation of quality control, are subdivided in detail and 4 variables like the quality of supplied material, the duration of construction, the harmony in connecting groups, and the accuracy of drawing are not organized in the factor pattern.2) Recognition on the structure of quality control factor is different between supervisor group and constructor group. Constructor group evaluate the factor of project cost such as constructing performance rates and raesonable wages to be important as common factor pattern. |
