A Study on the Dimensional Tolerance Analysis for Establishing Component-Systematized Building Production |
Abstract |
The component-systematized construction methods, recently, have been actively introduced into domestic fields to cope with the shortage of manpower and increase of laborer expenditure. The accurate fabrication between interfaces is, above all, the most important work to lead the success of the construction methods. However, even the accuracy level between interfaces at which precast panels were fabricated with concrete structures, was not grasped until now. For the successful development of the component-systematized construction methods in the fields, first of all, the accuracy level of the required parts of concrete structures should be identified. This research guided the current accuracy of major parts which were important to the component-systematized construction methods through fields survey of the concrete structures and the accuracy with the related criteria was compared to gain the accuracy level. Finally, on the basis of the obtained results, the successful ways of the component-systematized construction methods were directed. |
