Integrated Management of the Production, Transportation and Installation of Precast Concrete Panels |
| Abstract |
At present we don't have a properly integrated management model that unifies production and installation processes of precast concrete(P.C.) panels. A plan without any consideration for capacity, factory and site conditions, prohibits systematic and efficient production and installation of P.C. panels.A managerial model is needed to integrate information of production, transportation and installation of P.C. panels. This study was initiated with an intention to develope an integrated management model that unifies production, transportation and installation processes of P.C. panels.The author gathered various data items related to these three processes of the P.C. construction. A basic model for integrating the three processes was developed by analyzing their information. The model was represented through DFD(Data Flow Diagram) and ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram). In this research, an integrated management model was established through relational database based on the DFD and ERD. |
