| Abstract |
In doing business of constructing individual houses, it is likely that most of customers ask occasionally to change original housing plans in the process of construction such as zoning plan and finish-materials use. Such frequent demands may cause the delay of construction and the increased possibility of after-service liability. As a worst casem, the frequent demand may lead to the cancelation of constract. Such situations made it necessary to develop a tool of computer software which can help contractors derive the needs of customers before a final design. This study presents and explains a software performing real-time simulation of virtual reality of interation of dwellers with a house. |
