A study Work Process Analysis Based on Crew Balancing Method in Construction Site |
| Abstract |
In recent time, we are making a practical application of the advanced construction techniques from foreign countries for construction projects. However, the characteristic thereof has not been displayed as it is due to the shortage of study on the management technique of project site. Accordingly, the study hereof has dealt with analysis of work plan for theprefabricated building construction method and its productivity by way of utilizing the method of Line Balancing, and the result thereof is as follows:1. As a result of the questionnaire inquiry from the construction engineers, the importance of the work plan has been duly recognized. But it has been analyzed that twenty-nine point five percent of work loss has been occurred at the stage of work plan just depending on the experiences of construction engineer since the standard work-hour and its application method have not been established. 2. It has been analyzed that the establishment of work plan itself is not exerted an important effect upon the actual construction period, as a result of the analysis by comparing with work plan and actual work-hour.This reason has been reached through the analysis due to the not-established standard work-hour and the insufficiency of work management. |
