Abstract For the consistency of information in building design, it is required tools for integrated management of building data produced as a design result. The most of information systems have based on data model, whose relationship and structure can provide basic tools for integrated information environment. It can be defined that semantic building data model is a kind of hieravchial information structure which describes the information about each component and its relations of P.C. apartment building with topological hieravchy. It must be structured so as to capture all the information about building itself and its components in the design process. These building informations could provide the various drawings and documents for construction and component production by means of arithmetic operation to specific requirements.
