Abstract The Development of economic High-Performace Coating for Waterproofing with its functions improved is keenly required according to the highrise, complexity and diversification of the buildings recently. This study is to manufacture High Performance Coating for Waterproofing formed by crosslink after evaporation of water content by using synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, natural rubber and asphalt. The developed product prevented aging of the waterproofing structure from ozone(O3) in the air. Furthermore, it formed balance by 52kgf/cm2 of tensile strength, 22kgf/cm2 of adhesive strength and 767% of elongation after 55 days of performance and solved the damages on waterproof layer by cracks of concrete structure and leakage of water that are factor for claims as a chronic problem fo the membrane waterproofer.The Development of such a High Performance Coating for Waterproofing is considered to be great help for building waterproofing work within the country in the respect of current situation under which damage by leakage of water out of building is increased.
