A Correlative Study on the Planning Indicates of Housing Development in Germany |
| Abstract |
Generally, We have many indicators in housing planning, but they have different standards in different point of view. The Purpose of this study is to estabablish new indicators derived from the awareness of the problems in the residential density to explain overall residential environments.The objects of this analysis are 21 housing developments built in 20 years from 1960 to 1979 in Germany. In order to find out the planning direction, the following subjects and were analyzed.1)Relationships between the rating of building volume and density of dwelling unit2)The planning indicaties by the change of the level3)The correlative relationship of the planning indicaties |
