| Abstract |
Cement mortar's crack results from cement drying shrinkage mainly. However, it has caused a serious problems in apartment floor - accordingly crack's repair on the floor covered with repair material and laminated paper etc. must be necessary.This study, therefore, for the prevention of cement mortar's crack on the apartment floor, developed non-shrinkage anti-crack admixture and tested in various kinds of apartment construction fields.The results are as follows;1)Maximum expansion ratios of plain cement mortars and testing cement mortars show -1,60X10 at w/c=100%, and+1,020X10 at w/c=60% expectively.2)Show that 80 weight% in W/C ratio is best condition for crack-prevention and workability.3)In floor-cement mortars with Non-shrinkage admixture, mortar crack was reduced up to average 80~90% comparing with plain mortar.5)We certify that the Admixture made in this study is excellently for cement mortar crack-prevention. |
