| Abstract |
Planning phase is a process to offer information which come out through the stage of collection, analysis and synthesis of data, and consequently optimum bedroom size is play an important part in the planning phase.But In the view a matter from the set theory, existing methodology is based upon two values that is made up of property or no property. Then quantitative output in planning phase is utilized qualitatively in design phase.So Purpose of this study is to solve this problem, taking advantageof expert systems & fuzzy sets.As the result, Planner make an accurate forecast of an optimum exclusive house areas, the ratio of bedroom size to exclusive house areas and optimum bedroom size. Also in this methodology architect make a good estimate(in economy, psychology and function) of space with some characteristic(sex, ages, income, exclusive size of house, number of bedroom, the size of a family, using bedroom size, executive prices, etc.) of the man. |
