A Simple PC Software Development for Space Syntax Graph Presentation & Calculation |
| Abstract |
The study is on the development of a simple computer software for a space syntax analysis. Among the six steps of the space syntax analysis, 1) drawing of convex connection, 2) drawing of root graph (including transfered root), and 3) calculation of syntactic property were delved. The software was for a 386PC on Windows program, and connected to MS-hangulword wordprocesser. Presentation of the root graph were categorized to three kinds of space, and three kinds of route. A demonstration of the software application was introduced for the syntax analysis of a building plan, Villa Savoye(Le Corbusier). |
