| Abstract |
As the educational facility becomes large, the systematical maintenance system based on its function is required. Unnecessary costs are expended due to the lack of technical knowledge and inadequate maintenance and repair system. It is necessary to establish a condition assessment system and structured repair organization for the facility, which can reduce maintenance costs and provide better educational environment.Through the survey of questionnaires of 72 elementary and middle schools in Seoul, this study proposes the operationof the efficient facility condition assessment and the effective repair team. |
