A Study on the Estimation of Apartment Residents` Housing Scale in Local Cities According to Dwellers` situation |
| Abstract |
This study is to understand the whole factors affecting housing scale by investigating the circumstantiality of residents and its relation to housing scale based on apartment residents in Kwangju, Sunchon and Mokpo cities from the viewpoint that the circumstantiality of residents interacts and combines with life cycle and living standard of residents. As the residents' income is higher in the housing scale and the sense of return to their own class belongs to high class, housing scale is larger and in family life cycle, although the scale is increased from the formation period of family to the period of child education, adjulthood and the period of marriage, it is decreased in the period of old age.To investigate it more closely, this study reveals the factor affecting housing scale and to determine the estimated model of the scale, while Kwangju and Sunchon with high proportion of apartment show the highest influence in living expenses as a result of multi-regression analysis, Mokpo with lower proportion of apartment shows the lowest influence of the first daughter's age and so in Kwangju and Sunchon, the housing scale is closely related to living standard and in Mokpo, it has a deep relation to life cycle. |
