| Abstract |
This study aims to analyze the characteristics of residential environment in redevelopment & reconstruction apartment housing complex which is becoming a majer factor to threaten our whole urban environment. For this purpose livability indicators such as residential density and open space ratio are used to evaluate the living standard of it.The results show that almost all of livability indicators reveal the deteriorated condition of residential environment in redevelopment & reconstruction apartment housing complex compared with other types of apartment housing complex.Based on that, new directions of site planning in redevelopment & reconstruction apartment housing complex and public control of it are searched. |
