Abstract This research is about the Ondol system which has been accepted in korean building and whole cost in the building's use duration. By using the method of LCC(Life Cycle Cost), the cost of remodeling, restoring, renovation and the cost of energy are calculated comparing above the item, select the most profitable Ondol system.The model is that a method of construction, Ondol method which has used in Apartment in those day, has 6-method of construction which used LCC-Cost-Model and item of cost and then each of them.To estimate the cost of Ondol system the first construction cost are calculated in general estimation system, remodeling cost in A department construction cannon and energy cost are used by the floor's physical condition analysis.Finally the analysis of the total LCC about Ondol method which used X-L pipe in the pipeline, 24mm mortar layer, 20mm gravel layer, 76mm lightweight cellular concrete is the lowest method of construction.
