A Preliminary Study on Housing Environment for the Proper Housing |
| Abstract |
The present study examined the comparision of housing consciousness between MASAN and CHANGWON city residents as preliminary study for housing environment for the proper housing. Four task was employed with 317 persons of MASAN city and 310 persons of CHANGWON city; the housing movement, the place of future house, the image of city, the neighborhood environment.It had a tendency to the housing movement to occur from prior housing type to present same housing type. A large percentage of subjects had a choice of detached house as future house, but the higher the choice percentage of high-rise type and villa type of apartment building, the younger age, the higher formal schooling, the higher monthly income.The place of future house must be had three conditions;near to children's school, excellent natural environment,convenience of traffic. Those of MASAN city attached importance to convenience of traffic, pubic facilities, but CHANGWON city to excellent natural environment, inside facilities except near to children's school.The image of MASAN city was negative, but CHANGWON city was clean and tidy image. The first great foctor of MASAN city was facilities of neighborhood environment, but CHANGWON city was amenity. |
